Travel Documents
Each passenger is responsible for carrying the required travel documents that comply with RoiFly policies and the destination country's entry requirements. Any fines or costs due to missing or invalid documents are the passenger's responsibility. RoiFly advises carrying a valid passport and, if necessary, a visa for all flights.
Check-In
Passengers are advised to arrive at check-in at least two hours before the scheduled departure for RoiFly flights, as check-in counters close 40 minutes before departure.
Unaccompanied Minors
To ensure the safety of unaccompanied children, special rules apply. Parents are encouraged to prepare thoroughly for this journey. Please note: Online booking for unaccompanied minors is not possible.

RoiFly defines unaccompanied minors as follows:
- Children between 5 and 11 years old traveling without a companion aged 15 or older
- Children between 3 and 5 years old traveling with a companion aged between 12 and 15
Upon request from parents, care services can also be provided for teenagers aged 12 to 18. Reservations must be made by the parents or the designated pick-up person. Please ensure that all necessary travel documents are ready.
Support for Passengers with Disabilities
At the airport and on board, RoiFly offers various services for passengers with special needs. Specially trained staff are available to assist passengers at departure and arrival locations. Most airports offer free wheelchairs and transport vehicles with accompanying personnel. In our aircraft, armrests are removable. Passengers using wheelchairs are advised to check in 120 minutes before departure.
